Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Timelines & Compensation

We understand that international flight parameters and pilgrimage schedules can shift dynamically. To maintain an elite operational fleet availability, we enforce the following structural cancellation matrix:

• Cancellations 24 hours or more before travel: Refundable, less a flat 10% processing and dispatch-reservation fee deducted from the total fare.
• Cancellations under 24 hours before travel or traveler No-Shows: Non-refundable. By the time a booking falls inside this window, your driver is already en route or dispatched to the pickup location (for example, driving to the airport terminal ahead of a landing), so no refund can be issued.

2. Processing Timeframes

Approved cancellation refunds are processed instantly by our billing desk back to your multi-currency payment method. Funds generally settle back inside your local bank statements within 5 to 10 standard business days depending on global banking networks.
